2. User Accounts
2.1 Registration
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
2.2 Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter this agreement
- Corporate accounts must be created by authorized representatives
3. Acceptable Use
3.1 Permitted Uses
- Generate audio from your own content or content you have rights to use
- Embed audio players on websites you own or control
- Use the Service for legitimate business and personal purposes
3.2 Prohibited Uses
You may not:

4. Content and Intellectual Property

- You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service
- You grant us a license to process your content for audio generation
- You represent that you have rights to all content you submit
- Generated audio files remain your property
4.2 Our Intellectual Property
- The Service, including software, designs, and trademarks, is our property
- You may not use our intellectual property without permission
- Audio player widgets may include our branding attribution on free plans
5. Subscription and Billing
- Subscription tiers are available with different features and usage limits
- Subscription fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis and are non-refundable except as required by law
- We may modify prices with 30 days' notice; changes will not affect your current billing cycle
- You may cancel your subscription if you disagree with a price change
6. Third-Party Services
- We use Google Cloud Text-to-Speech for audio generation; if you bring your own key, OpenAI may also process your content
- Your content may be processed by these providers under their respective terms and privacy policies
- Payments are processed through Stripe, whose terms and privacy policy apply to all transactions
7. Privacy and Data Protection
We collect information necessary to provide the Service and implement appropriate security measures to protect it. See our Privacy Policy for details. You may delete your content and audio files at any time; we retain some data for legal compliance and service improvement.
8. Service Availability and Support
- We strive for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime; scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible
- We are not liable for temporary service interruptions
- Support is provided through our designated channels; response times vary by plan and issue complexity
9. Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
- Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim
