3.1 Third-Party Service Providers
We share information with trusted providers who help us operate the Service:
- Google Cloud Text-to-Speech: processes your text to generate AI narration (managed by us)
- OpenAI: only if you choose to bring your own API key — your content is processed under OpenAI's policies
- Google Firebase: hosting, database, authentication, and cloud functions
- Google Analytics: anonymized website usage analytics
- Stripe: payment processing — they handle billing information securely
- Brevo (Sendinblue): transactional and marketing email delivery
3.2 Business Transfers
If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to the new entity, with notice provided to you.

We may disclose information when required by law, to comply with legal process, to protect our or our users' rights, property, or safety, or to investigate fraud or security issues.

- Access Controls: personal data is accessible only on a need-to-know basis
- Secure Infrastructure: built on Google Firebase's secure cloud platform
- API Key Protection: any third-party API keys you provide are encrypted, used only to generate audio you request, and never sold or shared
In the event of a data breach, we will investigate and contain it promptly and notify affected users and authorities as required by law.
5. Data Retention
- Account information is retained while your account is active; after deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days (some data may be retained longer for legal compliance)
- Audio files are stored until you delete them or your account is terminated; cached audio may be retained up to 90 days for performance
- Aggregated, de-identified analytics may be retained for business insights; individual usage data is retained for up to 2 years

- Access: request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Update: correct or update your information through your account
- Delete: request deletion of your personal information and account
- Export: download your generated audio files and configuration data
- Communications: unsubscribe from marketing emails anytime (some service emails cannot be disabled)
- Cookies: configure your browser to block or delete cookies (some are required for functionality)
7. Children's Privacy
The Service is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us immediately.
8. International Data Transfers
Our Service is hosted on Google Firebase, which may process data in various countries. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for international transfers. For users in the European Union, we comply with GDPR and ensure adequate protection for transfers outside the EU.
